Kissing this character: Y U KISS DARGON. DARGON DON'T KNOW WHAT KISSES IS. Which is to say okay, but he'd probably push you away and wipe his mouth off because eww humans.
Romance!: Wrathion is still a young dragon. I don't think he even thinks about romance- it's nowhere on his radar.
